- "Adopt a Bed" - Owners who wish to make landscape improvements near their home (at their own expense), may make a request to the CHHOA Board for approval. A description of the materials to be used and a drawing of the location the materials will be installed is needed. Please the ACC form to present your request.

| 1st of the month | $305 HOA Fee is due (late fee after the 15th is $25) |
Small Courtesies & Board Rules . .
- Personal property on common grounds requires Board approval.
- Dog owners pick up dog feces & use a leash.
- Keep garage doors closed.
- No swimming after midnight and no children without adult present. (Insurance Rules)
- No glass containers in the pool area.
- No dogs and no smoking in the pool area.
- Limit pool guests to 4; notify all of party in advance.
- Residents must accompany guests to pool.
- No garage sales unless Board authorized.
- No driving or parking on the grass due to irrigation heads and pipes.
